Nicole made it very easy for me to find and buy my first property within the time frame I was looking in. She gave me access to view the newest listings and worked with my schedule to even drive me to visit properties that I was most interested in. She was very experienced with the cost of owning and compared other listings in the area to recognize what a good offer should be. By November 2021 she had helped me get all my paperwork done and aided me with my offer that was below listing price and I was very pleased that it was accepted!
